From time to time I enjoy making infographics that illustrate different aspects of game design and theory. Often these infographics have debuted as a slide in some sort of lecture or presentation, but I find that they often have more power as a less prefaced series.

That being said, my intention is to periodically release them here as such a series. Enjoy.

Additionally my inspiration for their visual aesthetic is the excellent Rules of Play: Game Design Fundamentals by Katie Salen and Eric Zimmerman.
